Programme Coordinator (Computer Lab Programme)

Our team needs your support in managing and strengthening the implementation of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia. Reporting to the Head - Programme, you will lead the full project management cycle, including project identification, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. As the primary point of contact for teachers, students, contractors, and local communities, you will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to focal persons responsible for operating computer labs in targeted schools. You will also contribute to the management of other programmes and projects, as required, when capacity allows, ensuring effective delivery in line with organisational priorities.
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Computer Lab Programme in Cambodia, from needs assessment and planning through to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Conduct school assessments and engage with teachers, communities, and other stakeholders to identify needs and ensure programme suitability and sustainability.
- Develop project plans, budgets, procurement schedules, and implementation timelines to ensure successful delivery of computer lab projects.
- Coordinate the procurement, installation, and quality assurance of ICT equipment, infrastructure, and software in line with organisational policies.
- Build the capacity of ICT teachers and school computer lab committees through training, mentoring, and ongoing technical support.
- Monitor programme performance, evaluate impact, and work with schools and communities to develop sustainable exit strategies and long-term ownership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners while providing additional programme support to the Cambodia Country Office as required.
We are seeking a person who meets the following criteria:
Education and work experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Science, Education, Statistics, or equivalent education
- Minimum 4-5 years of project management experience and/or M&E experience in an NGO or similar field
- A strong interest in working for an NGO to improve quality leader and specialist in Cambodia.
Hard skills
- Knowledge of programme cycle management and budgeting.

- Ability to travel to the field regularly (40% of the working time).
- A valid Driver’s license.
